Our Passion is Dogs!
I started Planet Bark® (and its holding company, W.A.G. Enterprises, LLC) in 2004 because I was not satisfied with the dog care options available at that time. It was just too stressful to leave my dog in the joyless, cold environment of a traditional kennel. We launched in West Hartford, CT, then Charleston, SC, and haven’t looked back. I have discovered there are a lot of people out there who share my views about kennels and are looking for a healthy alternative for their dogs. We have a passion for dogs and for the pet industry.
