Planet Bark^® has assembled a dynamic group of individuals with extraordinary leadership skills to provide solid support to our Franchise Owners.

Myra K. Wahl, Founder and Chief Executive Officer:

Myra has been the Founder and CEO of W.A.G. Enterprises, LLC, since its inception in August 2008. Before forming W.A.G. Enterprises, LLC. She worked for United Parcel Service, a major transportation company, based out of Indianapolis, Indiana from November 1991 to February 2003. She served her last two years as a Major Account Manager.

Myra owned and operated Planet Bark^®, located in West Hartford, Connecticut from July 2004 to September 2009. She also owned and operated Planet Bark^® in Charleston, South Carolina from October 2008 to Sept 2009.

Myra has an MBA in Marketing and over 15 years of managerial experience.

Michelle Fontaine, Vice President of Sales and Marketing:

Michelle has been the President of Sales and Marketing of W.A.G. Enterprises, LLC since January 2010. Before joining W.A.G. Enterprises, LLC, she worked as a Marketing Manger for Pharmedica Communications located in Killingworth, Connecticut. Michelle has been the co-owner of Planet Bark^® in West Hartford, Connecticut since October 2009.

Michelle has a MS in Education and Program Development and over 15 years of sales, marketing, and managerial experience.

Russ Jaeger, Chief Financial Officer:

Russ has been the Chief Financial Officer of W.A.G. Enterprises, LLC since August 2008. Before joining W.A.G. Enterprises, LLC, he worked for The Danaher Corporation until June 2002. Russ has worked with Planet Bark^® and W.A.G. Enterprises, LLC since their inceptions.

Russ is also the Owner of Jaeger & Co., CPAs and has been a licensed CPA since 1994 and has over 19 years of experience in mergers and acquisitions, domestic and foreign accounting, personal and corporate taxes, and management.

Claudia Sklar, Legal Council:

Claudia has been W.A.G. Enterprises, LLC Legal Council since August 2008. She is currently a Principal at the law firm of O’Connell, Flaherty, and Attmore, LLC in Hartford, CT. With 30 year’s experience, she actively engages in the litigation of general civil and commercial matters, with an emphasis on commercial law.

Claudia has worked with Planet Bark^® and W.A.G. Enterprises, LLC since their inceptions.
