The Planet Bark Experience:
Dog boarding and daycare redefined.
The Planet Bark experience is unlike any other. Whether our guests are here for daycare or overnight boarding services, they always leave happy – but a little spent from hours of play with friends! Our guests are free to enjoy the day socializing in our supervised play spaces, lounging by the pool (in warm weather) or enjoying a snack in the comfort of our spacious suites and kennels. Grooming services including baths, blow drying, and nail trims are also available. We take pride in knowing your dog’s personality, likes and dislikes, and supervising their playtime accordingly. We accomplish this through a well-trained and consistent Planet Bark staff who will come to think of your dog as one of their own.
Daycare:
Where friends meet.
Daycare is designed for busy dog owners who love their dogs. Daycare keeps a dog’s body and mind active and builds a healthier, happier, better behaving dog. Their day is always rich with activities and attention. Our highly trained Planet Bark staff will directly supervise and fill each guest’s day with stimulation, interaction, and play.
Each guest is evaluated individually for proper social skills, activity level, and temperament and placed in the appropriate daycare group. We can also accommodate guests who are older, recuperating from injuries, or need a little extra attention and down time during the day. Those guests receive individualized activity based on their needs.

Overnight Stays:

At Planet Bark, we understand what it is like to entrust a beloved dog into someone else’s care. We work diligently with our clients to acquire important information about their dog’s dietary guidelines, medication regiments, temperament, and activity levels. All of this assists us in creating an individual itinerary for each of our guests. We perform a nightly boarding health check after dinner to ensure that our guests are healthy and happy during their stay.
We offer four types of spacious suites, perform housekeeping twice a day, and “tuck” each guest in one at a time for the night.
Our typical boarding day starts with a 6:30 am wake-up call, followed by a visit to our supervised outdoor play space and breakfast served by 8:00am. After mealtime, it’s off to daycare for a day of fun and frolic with their friends. A two-hour noontime break is followed by more daycare fun before dinner at 5:00pm. After dinner, it’s one more romp in the outdoor place space, and then off to their suite for the night.
Grooming Services:
What’s a vacation without a trip to the spa?
For our guests enjoying their play dates or overnight boarding, we can also schedule a quick break for some pampering. We can bring your dog into the bath for a cleansing soak, or trim back their nails to make those walks more comfortable! Clients may book the grooming services for their pets by phone, in-person, or in the client portal when scheduling your daycare or overnight stays.
Basic grooming services include baths, blow drying, brush outs, nail trims, tooth brushing, and any special attention to eyes and ears. Because all dogs are different, our pricing is based on size, breed and level of grooming needed.
Training:
A well-behaved dog is a happy dog.
At the current time, Planet Bark does not offer on-site training services, but if you are looking for a trainer or training classes for your dog, be sure to speak with our office staff who can put you in touch with highly recommended dog training specialists.
Basic training is a key to having a well-balanced dog. All dogs should know basic commands, such as their name, “No,” and “Come”. Consistency and repetition are required to successfully train your dog.
